Grunewald Consulting team members have decades of experience writing emergency and continuity plans, creating and managing exercises, and developing social services programs in the context of disaster preparedness and recovery environments - serving both government entities and nonprofits. We demystify and break down the stodgy constructs and language of emergency planning into systems and tools that are intuitive and actionable.
